Lovers of entrepreneurship, we are sisters (Amanda Pulford and Natalie Sammons), who co-founded WeThink Business in 2016 before re-branding to NoNiche Business Accelerators in 2024. Across our two offices in the Gold Coast and Canberra, we have been providing strategic advisory services and consultation services to 6, 7, and 8-figure business owners in all industries with the premise of keeping things simple, effective and outcome driven..
Why we built the Sovereign Business System
We’ve met 100’s of business owners and the problems are always the same and just about every founder we’ve worked with already has within them what’s required to create the business they want, they just need to know how to build in the support to do so, and that’s the foundation of the Sovereign Business System because we know confidence isn’t a personality trait, it’s what happens once you trust what you’re doing is right.

Amanda Pulford
PGCert Marketing
Amanda Pulford has is a business strategist who works with business owners and founders to strengthen leadership, increase profitability, find fulfilment and create more space to focus on what matters most. Since 2017, she’s worked with more than 100 organisations across professional services, community and trades, including companies with revenues exceeding twenty million dollars and teams of more than 300 people.
With more than twenty years in business ownership, Amanda brings real commercial experience to her strategic advisory. She founded her own fitness studio, built it into a multi six figure enterprise leading a team of twenty women, and exited it after ten years. Her twenty plus years in the fitness industry began at the age of 16 as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. She also successfully competed nationally in figure competitions, all of this providing her a unique perspective into a human behaviour, accountability, mindset and performance, which has shaped her coaching philosophy today.
She’s results focused, blending an interest in human behaviour, business, emerging technology and universal law to help business owners make clear decisions, lead with confidence, and achieve tangible outcomes. Her coaching pairs evidence based strategy with real accountability. In 2012, her fitness business was recognised nationally as a National finalist in Innovation at the Telstra Women in Business Awards, she also received two National Gold Awards from Fitness Australia, and a state finalist in the Telstra Business Awards.
Amanda’s also deeply involved in her community, serving as Secretary and a Board Member of the Gold Coast Community Fund, along with mentoring other NFP’s and has worked with Queensland Government’s Mentoring for Growth Program since 2019.
Amanda spent a decade in corporate as a media executive, across television, radio, print and digital, including training corporate sales teams. She is currently studying and, holds postgraduate qualifications in marketing, a diploma in business management, training and assessment, DISC profiling, ADHD Coaching, and Neuroscience. Residing in Burleigh Gold Coast, she is also a mum to 3 teenagers and a spoodle.
Natalie Sammons
CPA
I’m an owner of multiple businesses, qualified Accountant and CPA with over 25 years experience helping small business owners in the Canberra region. For the past 9 years I have focussed my attention to getting the best out of businesses, by helping owners to create businesses that serve them. I have helped over 150 businesses ranging from $20m turnover with 60+ staff to 1 person operations in industries ranging from trades, retail and professional services.
As a young adult I trained and lived at the Australian Institute of Sport as an elite netballer, and for over 6 years I lived and breathed everything netball. I was trained by some of the best coaches in the World and learnt to appreciate the value of hard work, persistence in the face of adversity, teamwork, as well as the benefits of having someone keep you accountable and focused on your goals. Skills that translate seamlessly into the business world.
My family, health and the community are a big deal to me, on the side, I’m a representative netball coach, remain very fitness focused and love spending time exploring the outdoors. I’m on several Boards and keep engaged with the community any way that I can, whether that is regularly giving blood, coaching girls or fundraising for great causes.
